Evelyn and Ray Richer are a team of artists, with a love of nature that is reflected in their works. Evelyn, inspired by Ray's photography, is a wildlife artist who uses the medium of pencil or pastels to capture images of loons and "critters" large or small.
Their work is exhibited in the Gallery at Loon Cove on Joe's Pond in Cabot, Vermont as well as bookstores, gift and craft shops throughout New England.
Ray not only sells prints of his images but also does multi-media presentations for churches, schools and associations. Call to ask about scheduling a presentation for your organization. Watch for his most recent show Wilderness Harmony - The Song of the Loon broadcast on KATV.
Come to the gallery and be astonished at the extensive collection of loon photos taken by Wildlife Photographer Ray Richer. While browsing through the many nature and wildlife photos, relax to the sounds of the waterfalls and fountain in the courtyard, and enjoy the view from the gallery of the loons' nest on the shoreline of Joe's Pond just outside the gallery door.
